Our contracted farmers do not use synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers (nitrogen-based) during the cultivation period. However, as they do not hold organic JAS certification, the products are not labeled as organic.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. When unopened and stored under appropriate conditions, the shelf life is just over a year from the manufacturing date.
